About these terms

These terms apply to the BuildOS website and to the demonstration workspace available from it. A separate written agreement applies to any paid subscription.

Demonstration data

The demonstration workspace contains fictional companies, people, projects and figures. Nothing in it is a customer case study, a performance benchmark or a commitment about outcomes on your own projects.

Demonstration content may be changed or reset without notice. Do not store real commercial or personal data in it.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity carried out under your account.

Do not attempt to access workspaces or records you have not been given access to, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the project content you upload. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and display it so the service can work for you and the people you invite.

Records in the activity ledger are append-only by design: corrections are recorded as new entries rather than by rewriting history.

Pricing and billing

Advertised plan prices are per workspace, per month, and exclude VAT. Prices shown on the pricing page are indicative until confirmed in a written order.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the demonstration environment carries no service level commitment.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for the free website and demonstration workspace is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
