How the twenty-four demonstration weeks run

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Scope agreed and versioned

Scope, programme and budget set up from a template. The demo client is invited to the portal and the scope version is locked once approved.

  2. Weeks 5–12

    Site evidence recorded daily

Diaries with labour, weather, deliveries and photographs, each linked to the phase and task it relates to.

  3. Weeks 13–18

    Change priced under ChangeLock™

A bi-fold upgrade (VO-004, £4,850, +3 days) is raised with photographs, priced with cost and programme impact, and sent to the demo client for a decision.

  4. Weeks 19–24

    Snagging and digital handover

Snags cleared with before-and-after evidence, then certificates, warranties and drawings packaged into the handover record.
